Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 8 chicken thighs frozen

Seasoning

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika sweet or hot to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F). Line a baking tray with aluminum foil. Let the chicken stand on the counter while preheating.
  • Mix olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, and smoked paprika in a small bowl.
  • Place the chicken thighs on the tray. Pour the spice mixture over them and rub well to coat completely. Arrange skin side up in a single layer.
  • Bake for 50–60 minutes or until fully cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature is 74°C (165°F).

Notes

You can vary the seasoning by adding garlic powder, onion powder, or chili flakes if you like more heat.
