Ingredients
  

Slider Glaze

  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlic or garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Sliders

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls like Kings Hawaiian Savory Butter
  • 4 oz Provolone cheese sliced (about 6 slices)
  • 1/2 lb deli roast beef thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup diced jarred pepperoncini like Mezzetta brand
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds or as needed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat a rectangular baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, granulated garlic, and onion powder. Set aside.
  • Slice the slider rolls horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
  • Layer the rolls with Provolone cheese, roast beef, and diced pepperoncini. Top with the other half of the rolls.
  • Brush the tops of the rolls generously with the butter mixture and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
  • Bake uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and tops are golden. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

These sliders are customizable—feel free to use your favorite cheese or sandwich fillings. Serve with a dipping sauce like au jus or horseradish mayo for extra flavor.
