Easy Crock Pot BBQ Beef Roast

Tender, juicy beef pot roast, cooked low and slow in homemade BBQ sauce is one of life's simple pleasures! Served as a sandwich or a main dish with sides, this rich, hearty BBQ beef roast is a mouthwatering classic.
Oven Instructions: Sear the roast in a Dutch oven. Pour beef stock into the pot and drizzle homemade BBQ sauce over the roast. Cover and cook at 350°F for 2 to 2½ hours until the roast is fork tender.
Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave, stovetop, or crock pot before serving.
Freezing: Freeze shredded beef in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight and reheat before serving.
